When we first opened “ La Frasca ,” we began with the traditional concept of the Friulian frasca, showcasing only our artisan production of wine and salumis. Over the years we have slowly evolved into a full service restaurant that continues to preserve the tradition of the “frasca” by offering our complete selection of wines and salumis, as well as homemade Friulian dishes made with fresh and local ingredients, and a menu that changes daily.
Today our guests can enjoy our homemade salumis, as well as prosciutto and other cured meats from local artisan producers, and free-range meat and poultry. Our fresh produce comes from our surrounding fields and our pastas, breads and desserts are all made in our kitchen.
Our wines are made from the grapes of our neighboring vineyards, and can also be found throughout Italy and abroad. We also offer a complete wine list, which provides a selection of top wines from around Italy .
Our restaurant is composed of three dining halls and an outdoor garden. In addition to our restaurant service, we also provide full-service catering both on and off-premise.
